Waruboro starring Shota Matsuda and Yui Aragaki is based on the autobiographical novel by Gets Itaya. Matsuda plays Ko-chan, a third year junior high student during the 1980s that fights all through class and acts like a punk. Aragaki plays his classmate and love interest.
